Registration Document Preparation

✅ Color scan of the company business license: Must be issued by Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan; the license must be valid for more than 45 days from the expiration date.

✅ Color scan of the legal representative's ID card: The name must match the legal representative on the business license and the name used for the Amazon account registration.

✅ Valid international credit card for payments: VISA or Mastercard (VISA preferred); ensure the card supports the currency of the sales country.

✅ Accurate and up-to-date contact information: Contact person's email, phone number; company address and phone number.

✅ Bank account for receiving payments: You may use Amazon Global Collection, an overseas bank account, or a third-party payment provider (must be part of the "Payment Service Provider Program"). For European sites, a corporate account is required.

  1. Factory or partner factory quality/product certifications: e.g., ISO, BSCI, CE, FDA, etc.
  2. Registered trademark in the target sales country: R mark/TM receipt.
  3. For non-factory sellers (with partner factories), provide purchase contracts or invoices with the partner factory.

Europe KYC Document Preparation (Required for European Sites)

✅ ID documents of the company's primary contact and beneficiaries

✅ Authorization letter (if the primary contact is not the legal representative or beneficiary)

✅ Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, or internet) under the company or legal representative's name

  2. When submitting the store registration form, mainly fill in the company business license, legal representative's name, mobile number, email address, target sites, main product categories, and related product images. You can register first and prepare other documents later.
  3. When applying for the store link, please fill in the form truthfully. If you can provide factory or product reports/overseas trademarks, please include them.
